I don't see the point of using a program that claims 'No code needed' yet you need code. Adobe Muse allows you to create web pages using a similar workflow to publications you don’t need a deep understanding of the code that builds a site or page, although familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript won’t hurt.
